Job Description:

Performs general and special nursing care and related duties under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse and within the recognized technical and competence limits as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and by hospital protocols.  He/she will individualize patient care based upon age appropriate and development needs.  Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on the unit.

Requirements:

Current California LVN license.  Current CPR and IV certification or certification in the next available class.

Department: Skilled Nursing Facility

Job Status: 1 Per Diem
