Job Description:

Evaluates and treats patients under order from the referring physician.  Evaluation and treatment programs are developed through the use of a variety of therapeutic procedures designed to restore loss of muscle strength, coordination and body alignment, to control pain and to improve movement and function.  He/she will function in accordance with the State Practice Act.

Requirements: 

Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy, ability to assess patient and family needs, and develop and implement a comprehensive Plan of Care, knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards and requirements.   Knowledge of Medicare documentation standards. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
