Job Description:

Responsible for the development and implementation of quality nutritional care, including patient interviews, assessment of nutritional  status, inpatient counseling, charting in the medical record, in-service education, quality review, discharge planning and outpatient counseling.  Serves as a resource in the development of policies and procedures related to nutritional care.

Requirements:

Active Registered Dietitian (RD) status.  Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
