To celebrate National Wellness Month, Mee Memorial Healthcare System will host a special cooking demo on Wednesday, Aug. 10, to help encourage wellness through a healthful diet. The free event will take place at 12:30 p.m. at Mee Memorial Hospital’s Rose Garden patio, 300 Canal St., in King City, where Chef Brandon Miller will create a summer-friendly cauliflower gazpacho.
